Why wont my flickr pics show on my 360 page?
I added pics to my flickr account 3 days ago,as yet they have not shown up on my 360 page..
Why wont my flickr pics show on my 360 page?
i think that feature is no more available there.......i tried to delete one of my friends pics from his page but no option to delete i saw there.
Reply:I emailed flickr, and got a response to contact yahoo360, i went to the Q%26amp;A page and seen an answer to add a feed, which I did and made it public. I don't see the feed when viewing my page either. I am going back to view the user who suggested that and see what his page looks like.
Reply:Yes, everyone is having trouble adding or updating the photostream. The RSS feeds have stopped working around Nov. 23 as well (maybe much earlier if it involves Flickr).
Please see my answer to a similar, previous question here for complete details:

Reply:I just upload my pics right to 360. (Alternet user pics)

Check out my flickr photos?
Most of them are pretty good. There are a few blurry ones and it doesn't look like the blur was meant to be artistic. However on the whole they are fine. You won't win any awards but they might be good for a calendar or something.
Reply:hmmm..very nice. these photos are attractive. well done.
Reply:amateur for sure. all the photos are at eye level. ever try taking a picture from a different angle. not just what you see?
you should research adding randomness to photos or even just taking better pics. they aren't bad pictures, but they could've been a lot better.

How can I embed a Slide+Flickr into my Yahoo! 360 page?
I want to use the Slide.com Flickr tag slide show feature (http://slide.com/flickr) to embed a slideshow on my Y! 360 page.
I use the html snippet provided by Slide, but it won't work in Y!360? Is there a hack that will make it work?
How can I embed a Slide+Flickr into my Yahoo! 360 page?
i know you can embed or share your flickr photostream by clicking the blue share photos link above where your photo album is and then scrolling all the way down and clicking the link for flickr and following those directions there
Reply:Go on Flickr Page, sign up and then you can use it.

Why isn't Flickr independent of Yahoo any more?
It's annoying to have to sign up for a Yahoo account just to use Flickr. Yahoo has so many ridiculous ads. Thanks for making me go pro-GOOGLE.
Why isn't Flickr independent of Yahoo any more?
Flickr was bought by Yahoo -- that is why Yahoo closed down Yahoo Photos earlier this year.
Reply:Flickr, like Delicious, was bought by Yahoo, therefore you need an account on Yahoo.
I don't like Flickr so much because it has a limit 200 photos if you use it for free.
Reply:yahoo I think bought them
Reply:Like these people have already said, Yahoo bought Flickr, and kinda nerfed it, made it more retarded.
Some people use photobucket too.

Reply:It's true. Yahoo has announced that they are closing Y.Photos on September 20, 2007, so that they can concentrate on Flickr, an equivalent photo storage/sharing system. If you are looking for another online storage place for your pics, you might consider moving them to Flickr (a Yahoo! property), or to Snapfish, Photobucket, Kodak Gallery, or Shutterfly.
