A script like Flickr?

I'm thinking about building a photo upload website and was wondering if anyone knows about any scripts with Flickr-like functionality such as people having their own account and being able to tag their images to make them searchable.

I'm assuming the concept is the same as for any CMS (content management system). Example of free content management systems are: WordPress, TextPattern, Fanupdate...





If you want to build your own, just search for tutorials on how to build a CMS. There are lots.
