I just uploaded two photos to flickr for a trial, and I set both to public... However when I try to get them on my Yahoo 360 page to share my photo stream, the 360 page says that I have no Public photos on flickr. I double checked and they ARE set to public. So what's up?

Sorry, you probably can't. Stop trying. :-)
That module has been busted since the summer. You may find that a photostream appears after days, weeks, or months of waiting, but it won't update after that. So, please see details here on that issue and other ways to use Flickr photos in your 360 space:
