My photography on flickr?

I just made a pro account to keep all of my photos. I just got a K100D %26amp; that's all I've used in the 2008 album. I know 2006 %26amp; 2007 aren't of the best photos, but I really try %26amp; I've improved. I'm self taught and only just began taking a photojournalism class. If you have any tips let me know. I'm working on my technique %26amp; I have so many ideas, but it's hard to find some of the things I'd love to shoot around here, so I do my best with what I've got. I'm still young.

those are good 0_0!!!
Reply:practice practice practice, get critiques, and practice some more... you have some really good shots, i like the cat the best (but then i'm a pushover when it comes to kitty pics).

and i think you have some really good shots of horses and such (the only ones i can get is when they have their heads down and are grazing... boring).

the lead for your 2006 set-- the lizard on the bricks-- great shot!
Reply:Good start.. You might want to sort out your pictures and only pick the ones you like best (from each motive).

Just keep doing what you're doing..

I've been shooting for years and I'm still learning..

I have a few pictures here if you're interested: http://www.lion.bz/photo/
Reply:they look good. especialy the ones from 2007. I like the building shots.
Reply:Just like Lion said, “Just keep doing what you're doing..” a few things you can do; first, if you haven’t done yet, read carefully the owners manual of the camera, also you can purchase or go to your local library and get books related to your camera. Second thing is for you to attend local camera clubs and go on field trips.

Good luck and keep on photographing.
Reply:I just looked at 2008

It is clear that you are bored.

Pictures of cats are incredibly boring except to their doting owners and I couldn't find anything else in 2008 that spoke to me about creativity. Based on what I assume is better, I didn't bother to look at 2007.

I guess that you need to get out more.

Don't you have any human friends? Family members? Much better subjects than a section of a chain-link fence!

It is a case of being creative but any old image will just not do. Anyone with a half-decent camera can produce colourful and sharp pictures but a photographer will produce images that demand attention. So far, nothing you have done demands attention.

Young? OK - so keep at it but you MUST think outside the box. The predictable just isn't doing the job at all.
Reply:I like them a lot your camera takes some clear pics!
